Read more Unik Ala Wordpress
Sobat, pengalaman waktu dulu pertama kali ganti rumah ke wordpress sangat ke bingungan untuk membuat readmore. Sebab memang masih hijau dalam wordpress, dan tidak mempunyai panduan. Setelah posting pertama sampe ketiga, akhirnya bisa juga blog maswiennews.com ada read morenya. Setelah usut punya usut ternyata tidak sulit dan sangat mudah dan simple lagi. Tidak seperti waktu pake blogger, karena harus edit html pada template.
Dan hal ini yang membuat pusing tatkala edit htmlnya salah dan tampilan theme berubah semua. Itu dulu cerita lama waktu pake blogger. Memang sih di blogger ada automatic readmore akan tetapi tetap penerapannya masih edit theme. Dan terkadang tulisan read more jarakny tidak pas dengan potongan paragraf. Dan kenapa read more wordpress saya katakan unik… mau tahu penyebabnya….
Pertama, read more wordpress sudah ada di tampilan posting. Dan silahkan perhatikan gambar di bawah ini …
Gambar yang di tunjukkan di bawah angka 1 (satu) merupakan icon untuk membuat read more pada postingan di wordpress . Pada saat posting tinggal kita letakkan kursor pada penggalan paragraf mana yang akan kita potong tampilannya. Mudah bukan !!!
Kedua, kita bisa membuat kata-kata sesuai selera kita untuk di jadikan read more. Seperti yang sudah saya lakukan, setiap posting selalu saya gonta ganti kata yang di jadikan read more. Hal ini saya lakukan agar terkesan tidak membosankan dan enak membacanya. Cara membuat read more sebagai berikut :
Langkah – langkah membuat read more wordpress yaitu :
- Tentukan dulu paragraf mana yang akan kita penggal dan di jadikan head line posting. Setelah itu klik icon yang di tunjukkan oleh angka 1 (satu).
- Setelah anda klik icon tersebut maka pada halaman posting akan muncul seperti yang di tunjukkan pada gambar 2 (dua) dan artinya postingan anda sudah mempunyai read more. Berarti sudah donk langkah-langkah tersebut ? eits tunggu dulu, jika Anda ingin merubah kata read more maka yang Anda lakukan adalah melanjutkan pada langkah ketiga.
- Pada langkah ini adalah klik tulisan HTML yang ada di pojok kanan, seperti yang di tunjukkan oleh angka 3 (tiga). Hal ini dilakukan agar kita bisa tahu kode HTML nya dan hasilnya bisa Anda lihat pada gambar di bawah ini yang di tunjukkan oleh angka 4 (empat).
- Sebagai langkah terakhir untuk membuat read more unik di wordpress adalah ketikkan kata yang akan di jadikan sebagai read more tepat di samping kata <—more….–>, seperti yang di tunjukkan oleh angka 5 (lima) pada gambar di bawah ini.
Demikian sobat jika ingin membuat unik read more pada wordpress. Saya kira cukup mudah dan tidak sulit untuk di terapkan karena langkah-langkahnya juga sederhana. Mungkin sampe di sini saja sobat untuk share saya, dan selamat mencoba dan saya tunggu partisipasinya di kolom komentar.
